A U.K. study has found that a four-day working week significantly reduced stress and illness in the workforce compared to a five-day work week. As Carolyn Kury de Castillo reports, the president of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce says technology will allow us to work more efficiently and there is no going back to the traditional five-day work week.
