When Ukrainians first started coming to Canada to flee the war in Ukraine — Nova Scotians stepped up to help. Volunteers opened the Ukrainian Store, giving people fleeing the war a chance to start over. But as Alicia Draus reports, as the store nears its one-year anniversary, it’s also under threat of closing.
