Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) Paramedic David Dyck spoke on Wednesday following a town hall meeting in Oxbow, Sask. to designate Galloway Health Centre Emergency Services as a hospital. Dyck said that the availability of Galloway’s emergency services could make a 30-minute trip two minutes, which in some cases is between life and death.
