U.S. President Joe Biden delivered a speech during a visit to Poland to rally NATO allies, aiming to sustain a coalition that has supported Kyiv’s defences. “Ukraine will never be a victory for Russia,” Biden said defiantly as the world marked one year since the beginning of the Russian invasion. “Our support for Ukraine will not waver — NATO will not be divided and we will not tire.”
