Manitoba Health Minister, Audrey Gordon, spoke on Friday following an announcement by Manitoba to spend more than $123 million to recruit and retain nurses. Gordon said the initiative aims to add more than 2,000 healthcare professionals into the system and put an end to mandated overtime Manitoba nurses face.
