Business group lobbies for tax relief ahead of B.C. budget

Leaders of the BC Chamber of Commerce were in Victoria, Wednesday, making their pitch for relief in the looming provincial budget. They say the bottom line has been hurt by a string of provincial policies, including tax hikes, mandatory benefits, and a rising minimum wage. Richard Zussman reports.
