NATO allies will send new support to Ukraine, including heavy weapons and military training, Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on Wednesday. U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin also delivered remarks in Brussels, saying things haven’t gone the way the Kremlin expected regarding the war, as Ukraine didn’t immediately give up and has the support of ally nations.
