New efforts are being made to raise awareness and educate Quebecers about Indigenous communities. The Quebec government has launched a 60-second advertisement highlighting the 11 different Indigenous nations in Quebec. The idea is to bring awareness to each nation and fight some of the stereotypes and biases against Indigenous Peoples. Global’s Tim Sargeant reports.
