U.S. Sen. Jon Tester from Montana spoke with CBS’ Face the Nation on Sunday amid reports by Northern Command that there was a “radar anomaly” over his state, prompting airspace to be closed. Tester said the investigation was ongoing and that there may “still be something out there” or it could be a false alarm. Asked what he thinks could happen to the object, should there prove to be one, he said he believed it would be shot down.
