Surveillance video released Monday by Huntington Beach, Calif. police purportedly shows Anthony Lowe Jr., a double amputee that was later shot by police, getting out of his wheelchair near a Shell gas station and allegedly stabbing a man who appeared to walk by him. The video then shows Lowe return to his wheelchair before he crosses the street. Police said the man who was stabbed “stumbled into the vehicle lane” prior to Lowe returning to his wheelchair.
