Russian missile strikes hit Kharkiv as Ukraine readies to repel possible offensive this month

Russian missiles hit parts of central Kharkiv on Sunday, damaging a university, apartment buildings and injuring at least three residents. The strikes came as Ukraine is set to receive tanks shipped by a coalition of 12 countries. Defence Minister Oleksii Reznikov said they were expecting a possible Russian offensive in February.
