In a world of rising costs, it is very unusual to hear anything going down in price or being provided for free. But in Kelowna–that is exactly what one organization is doing–not only to improve access to sports for Special Olympic athletes but to enhance their quality of life. But it now requires the community to step up and help make up the shortfall. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
