Dale Culver’s daughter speaks out about father’s death in police custody

We’re hearing for the first time from the daughter of Dale Culver, the Indigenous man who died in police custody after being pepper sprayed in 2017. On Wednesday, two Prince George RCMP officers were charged with manslaughter in Culver’s death. Three other officers have been charged with attempting to obstruct justice.
