With the recent news of the Starbright Children’s Development Centre in Kelowna closing, parents who rely on the early intervention services have been expressing concern. Tonight another parent is sharing her fears of losing the facility–this one of a child with a terminal condition. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, she can’t bring herself to understand why a centre that helps so many families is being forced to shut down.
