Fredericton breaks 10-year record for units built in 2022, but many not affordable

The city of Fredericton says it has shattered some development records for new building permits. It hit $257 million last year — breaking a 10-year record. But only 25 per cent of the nearly 1,000 units created are considered affordable. Nathalie Sturgeon has the story.
