Quebec cross-country skier Caroline Côté has completed a solo ski from the edge of Antarctica to the South Pole in record time, trekking 1,130 kilometres in just 34 days. Mike Armstrong looks at her incredible journey, and how the only part she hadn’t prepared for was the toughest.
