Los Angeles County Sheriff Robert Luna extended his thanks on Monday to the man who he said disarmed the suspect in the Monterey Park shooting at a dance club in Alhambra, a neighbouring city. Luna said Brandon Tsay was a “hero” for his actions. Tsay was working at the family business when the shooter entered and was able to wrestle the weapon away from the shooter before he could get a shot off.
