Speaking to reporters on Monday, Türkiye’s President Tayyip Erdogan said Sweden should not expect his country’s support for its NATO membership bid, after controversial Danish far-right politician Rasmus Paludan earlier burned a copy of Islam’s holy book, the Quran, in front of the Türkiye embassy in Sweden.
