City of Winnipeg Chief Administrative Officer, Michael Jack, spoke on Monday prior to the re-opening of the Millennium Public Library with increased security measures. Regarding the changes to security, Jack said feedback was polarized as “some would like us to go further, some didn’t want us to come this far.”
