Injunction on ‘freedom rallies’ is justifiable infringement on rights and freedoms: lawyer

As a petition by the City of Kelowna to seek an injunction on so-called freedom rallies in a downtown park makes its way through the courts, some argue preventing people from protesting is an infringement on their freedoms. But one lawyer believes this is a case where the limitation is justifiable. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
