Speaking at Ramstein air base in Germany, U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said on Friday that he’s “confident” Ukraine’s partners from around the world will remain committed to supporting the nation amid Russia’s invasion, and meet its “urgent battlefield requirements.” Austin added Friday’s earlier meeting focused on Ukraine’s need for air defence.
