Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki said Thursday that he was “moderately pessimistic” that Germany will give permission for other countries to re-export Leopard tanks to Ukraine. Morawiecki said the Germans are “defending themselves against this like the Devil protects himself against holy water.”
