Barbara Stuckey, the mother of a woman with disabilities, was invited to speak at the Saskatchewan Legislative Building by Saskatchewan social services critic Meara Conway on Tuesday. Stuckey condemned the treatment of her daughter Jessica Stuckey, who was remanded to jail instead of receiving the necessary support she required to live.
