One after another, municipalities across Quebec are voting to protect their bilingual status. Last week, Greenfield Park voted to remain bilingual, and Monday night it’s Otterburn Park’s turn. This comes after 47 municipalities received notices from the Quebec government, warning them of a potential change of status. Global’s Amanda Jelowicki reports.
