The City of Vancouver is looking to hire a non-profit or social enterprise for street cleaning services on the Downtown Eastside, replacing a previous contract with an advocacy group that didn’t work out. City crews currently run their own sanitation operations, but as Kristen Robinson reports, they say it’s not enough.
