Saskatoon resident who uses motorized scooter frustrated by snow-clearing

Judith Ryan, a Saskatoon resident who uses a motorized scooter, reacted on Friday to the condition of city sidewalks caused by the lack of snow clearing. Ryan said that for the past 10 winter seasons, she’s had trouble getting the city to properly clear curb cuts to allow her less trouble travelling.
