Responding to a question during the North American Leaders Summit on Tuesday, U.S. President Joe Biden said he took all classified information “seriously” and was “surprised” to learn that there were any government records taken to that office. Biden added that his lawyers immediately turned over the documents to the archives and briefed him on their discovery.
