NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg on Tuesday said Russia was mobilizing more troops for the war in Ukraine and should not be underestimated. Speaking at a news conference with European Union leaders Ursula von der Leyen and Charles Michel, Stoltenberg called on members of the military alliance and the EU to be “prepared for the long haul.”
