Thousands of Brazilians gathered in São Paulo on Monday to demand punishment for those who attacked Brazil’s Supreme Court, Congress and presidential palace a day earlier. President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva vowed to get to the bottom of what he called a “coup,” saying he would work to find those responsible for organizing the riot.
