Sullivan Callum, a 19-month-old toddler, began the new year in the ICU at the Health Science Centre Children’s hospital when he became ill with influenza. Sullivan has since made a full recovery and returned home on Jan. 7. Sullivan’s father, Carson, reflected on the harrowing experience on Monday and said he couldn’t be more thankful for the healthcare heroes who saved Sullivan’s life.
