Dominika Kosowska, a resident living in a property managed by the Saskatoon Housing Authority (SHA), spoke on Thursday about an ongoing rat infestation. Kosowska said she feels out of options trying to resolve the ongoing infestation. In addition to the rodent problem, SHA seized her shelter allowance without notice, Kosowska added.
