Michael Gibeault, a displaced resident of the Qu’Appelle Housing Project, spoke on Wednesday about the fatal fire that occurred at 366 Qu’Appelle Street on Christmas morning. Gibeault said he appreciates the help of accommodation, but is anxious to return home and begin cleaning up.
