Clark Centre for the Arts starts year featuring works of Scarborough artist, Jogi Makhani

The Clark Centre for the Arts in Scarborough is starting the new year with an exhibit featuring the works of local artist and resident, Jogi Makhani. You’ll find a collection of his drawings, etchings, sculptures and poetry created over the last 40 years. Melanie Zettler has more.
