Winnipeg ice-skaters headed down to The Forks on Monday to enjoy the first leg of the Nestaweya River Trial which officially opened up on Sunday. Outdoor enthusiasts can expect more groomed trails for skaters, bikers, walkers and cross-country skiers to be added throughout the season.
