It’s been one week since four people were killed and dozens of others injured in a bus crash on Highway 97C between Kelowna and Merritt. As RCMP continue to investigate the cause of the deadly collision, a former police traffic officer says the province needs to do a better job of clearing icy roads in the B.C. interior.
