English speaking entrepreneurs furious after Quebec suspends immigration program

English speaking entrepreneurs hoping to immigrate to Quebec by way of the Quebec Entrepreneur Program and Quebec Self-Employed Program will have to change their plans. As Global’s Elizabeth Zogalis reports, as of December 28th, the programs are no longer available to English speaking immigrants.
