John Scoels, president & janitor of the Times Changed High and Lonesome Club, spoke on Thursday about the upcoming “New Year’s Eve Eve” and New Year’s Eve events taking place Friday and Saturday. Scoels says he thinks patron’s comfort levels towards attending shows will change in the New Year.
