Few passengers wearing seatbelts at time of deadly B.C. bus crash

Four days after a deadly bus crash on the Okanagan Connector, there are still many unanswered questions about how to prevent a tragedy like this in the future. As Aaron McArthur reports, one of those concerns involves seatbelts, and whether or not wearing them was being enforced.
