It has now been 100 days since the start of what appears to be a revolutionary movement in Iran against the ruling Islamic Republic.
At least 18 thousand people – including an Oscar winning actress – a famous Iranian rapper – children – doctors – lawyers – and journalists – have been imprisoned.
Lawyer, human rights activist and senior fellow at the Macdonald -Laurier Institute Kaveh Shahrooz spoke to Paul Haysom on how political sponsorships can help save the lives of those imprisoned.
