B.C.’s minister of emergency management says warming centres will be open during storm

Bowinn Ma, B.C.’s Minister of Emergency Management, tells reporters Thursday that the upcoming storm, which will bring snow, freezing rain and rain could put everyone at risk. She says they want to make sure everyone is safe and as prepared as possible for the coming weather event.
