Speaking from the White House on Thursday, U.S. President Joe Biden warned that the country is facing “dangerous and threatening” storms in the days before Christmas. Biden also urged Americans who plan to travel to visit family or friends to leave right away. “It’s not life and death — but it will be if they don’t get out,” Biden said.
