Planes are on the move again at YVR on Wednesday, but thousands of travellers are still not expected to get on a flight before Christmas. The airport is limiting international arrivals for 48 hours in hopes of clearing some of the planes that are already there. As Emily Lazatin reports, some travellers aren’t giving up hope just yet.
