A young Maritime woman is sharing her love of the weather. She regularly contributes a weekly weather forecast for Prescott House, a group in Halifax for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her enthusiasm for the weather has even caught the attention of Global’s chief meteorologist Anthony Farnell. Shelley Steeves reports.
