The plan to build a nine-storey building on St-Jean Boulevard, about one kilometre away from a future REM station in Dollard-des-Ormeaux is causing some controversy in the West Island. Some residents say the size and scope of the project doesn’t fit the area and as Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports, they are urging the city to reconsider.
