Freeland ‘confident’ on negotiating with provinces on health care

Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland said Monday that she was “confident” the federal government would be able to negotiate with the provinces and territories on health care. She said she believed it was not just about money, saying what Canadians “deserve is a transformation of the system.”
