Thousands of blood donation appointments need to be filled in next two weeks in Canada, hundreds in the Okanagan

Okanagan residents are being called upon to help boost Canada’s blood and plasma supply. Canadian Blood Services says it’s currently operating with one of the smallest donor bases in over a decade. And as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, that has the potential to impact life-saving treatments and medications.
