Speaking to the media in Ottawa on Monday, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spoke about his “enormous sadness” in light of the news about the passing of Jim Carr, a Liberal MP from Winnipeg and former cabinet minister. “He will be missed as a colleague, he will be missed as a leader.
