Afghan refugees in limbo as resettlement program becomes full after weeks

Since the Taliban reclaimed control of Afghanistan in 2021, Canada has welcomed more than 25,000 Afghans, and has quietly launched a new program to help those without documents. But as Neetu Garcha reports, that program has already ended just weeks after it started.
