Peterborough Action for Tiny Homes’ (PATH) sleeping cabin initiative and One City Peterborough’s proposed drop-in centre hit a setback at Peterborough city council’s first general committee meeting on Monday night.
Now, with frigid temperatures on the way, advocacy groups are picking up the pieces to try and get Peterborough’s unhoused situated for the winter.
