An organization that ran six homes aimed at housing and caring for Indigenous youth had no Indigenous staff and few links with the communities they served. That picture emerged at the inquest into the death of Traevon Desjarlais, a Cree teen who died by suicide in September 2020. Aaron McArthur reports.
